• The suites are equipped with air purifiers to help provide cleaner and fresher indoor air for guests, capturing airborne allergens and particles (dust, pollen, pet dander, smoke, certain viruses and bacteria and even VO Cs from cleaning products and building materials).
• 12 TO 12. We give you your FULL STAY! Check in as early as 12 noon and check out as late as 12 noon. If you need even more flexibility, for $20/hr. you might be able to check in as early as 9am and check out as late as 2pm.

NOTE: (things to know)

• This home is not equipped with support bars in the bathroom (toilet or tub). If traveling with guests that need mobility support to include but not limited to access ramps or support bars, we may not be a good fit.   We might also not be the best fit for guests with allergies to basic cleaning supplies.

This listing is close to public transit, stores, parks, restaurants, coffee shops & dispensaries. 10 minutes from the Mile High Broncos Stadium and closer to multiple hospitals for the traveling nurse professional. Minutes from Downtown Denver (which houses 50+ independently owned CO restaurants/boutiques/activities!). Convenient to DIA, light rail & bus lines.

We have many parks nearby; Aviation Park, Morse Park Neighborhood, James J. Richey Park, Edgewater State Park, Citizens Park pavilion, Citizens Park, Memorial Park and Spring Ridge Park. For the sport enthusiasts, we are only minutes from Coors field and Empower field at Mile High (the Denver Broncos stadium). Want more culture? The Colorado state Capitol building, Denver Art Museum, Air & Space Museum just off of the famous Colfax Avenue. Want to be close to Denver - without the Denver prices, this is the perfect rental space!  Not so far from us is the Denver Botanic Gardens, Downtown Aquarium, Big Blue bear & more attractions. 

The area is very walkable and bikeable.  Also has good transit with many nearby public transportation options. 10-minute walk to the Wadsworth light rail station.  You can also take a short 15-minute Uber/ Lyft ride to Downtown Denver.  Lots of ski resorts within easy drive.  Bike to the nearby Sloan’s Lake to enjoy a run around the lake.

JUST A LITTLE MORE INFORMATION TO HELP GUIDE YOUR RESERVATION:

• NO UNREGISTERED OVERNIGHT GUESTS, without the host’s consent as that presents safety, liability and privacy concerns especially as our properties are also small multi-family communities, with others sharing the common areas in adjacent units on property.  In addition to those living in our small multifamily community, we also like to respect our neighbors and seek to comply with city noise ordinances.  As such, we do not allow events, parties, fraternities, school, civic, or other group gatherings. 
• Our properties do allow children (2 years and older) and they are included in the  suite guest count for a total maximum suite occupancy of 4.  Not suitable for infants. If guests choose to still book a stay and are traveling with infants, guests understand that they must provide all needed infant supplies while also never leaving infants/children unattended. 
• ID AND SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A copy of your government issued ID and a signed lease agreement are required within 24 Hours to complete your booking (short-term or long-term stay). A security deposit HOLD ($650 for short stays; $1000 for stays > 7 nights) is applied a few days before check-in. Please note that a HOLD maintained for the full duration of your stay to cover any damage is a key requirement for booking a stay in our suites.  Name on the card used MUST match the name of the guest booking.  
• Quick screening for our long-term stays.
• We do not accept 3rd PARTY BOOKINGS (includes payment: name on card must match person making the booking and authorizing the security deposit hold) and prefer to interact directly with the guests that will be staying, in order to better achieve our goal of ensuring a memorable stay for you.
• Please consider TRAVEL INSURANCE as we do not offer refunds outside our refund period. 
• SMOKING: Outside Only smoking in Designated areas.  We are committed to providing a smoke-free interior and do not waver in our message that violation of this policy will result in a $300 to $400 cleaning fee and cancellation of stay without refund.  Please help us continue to offer this as an amenity by upholding our request to smoke outside only.
• PETS: this is a dedicated pet-free suite. Please consider our pet-friendly suites if traveling with animals
• WILDLIFE SIGHTINGS: Due to the nature of the area, you may encounter some wildlife.
• We cater to guests seeking fully furnished temporary housing (> 30 days).  A copy of government issued ID and the signing of lease agreement is required to book with us.  Please CALL and start the process today.
• Timely communication at the booking stage, helps ensure that we are a right fit and facilitates completion of your booking within 24 hours.

Suite 25 is a spacious unit (about 1100sq ft) that comes with its own single car garage, private veranda decorated with string lights that increase the ambiance of the space and give you that magical cozy feeling, leaving you and your guests breathless.  This suite is one of three 2 bed/1 bath guest suites on a privately owned small multi-family property in Lakewood Colorado.    

All 3 suites are located on a quiet cul-de-sac, offering guests a small community to form friendships during your short stay. We have a beautiful, shared backyard complete with mature fruit trees, raised garden beds and BBQ sitting area with grill, great for spring, summer and fall where guests can socialize with family, friends or others within this small community.  The suite has an upgraded kitchen and bathroom as well as a walk-in private laundry room. Relax in the comfy Adirondack chairs on the front porch, where you can enjoy a breeze when not in the veranda or backyard. 

Huge windows in this suite make for a bright, naturally lit space that you and those in your group can enjoy, as you entertain family and friends.     We also have blinds and blackout curtains to help adjust the lighting to your comfort levels. 

Feel your spirits lifted and mood improved by the authentic Kenyan artwork which adds freshness to the guest suite. Beautiful Kamba Carvings made out of ebony and rosewood, feature prominently, giving you A TASTE OF KENYA IN DENVER, COLORADO.
