*Maximum Occupancy is 4 guests for short stays (< 7 nights) and 2 guest for long stays (> 7 nights). Extra long-term guests can be considered at an additional fee of $20 per extra guest, per night. Suite 35B has a 2-person maximum.
SUPPLEMENTAL FEES:
- Administrative Fee: $100 ($40 per short stay less than or equal to 7 nights).
- $200 per month Cleaning Fee – One mid-service cleaning is completed every 15 days or at check-out for shorter stays. This helps to maintain our highest cleaning standards while also offering you a clean, comfortable and safe space to call home. ($100 per short stay less than or equal to 7 nights).
- $250 per month non-refundable Pet fee (per Pet): ($100 of this is refundable after the stay if there is no damage). We have a 2 Pet Max, Cat or Dog. Pets allowed in select units (17B) only. ($150 per short stay less than or equal to 7 nights. $100 of this is refundable after the stay if there is no damage).
- $750 Refundable Security Deposit HOLD for stays greater than 8 nights ($500 Refundable Security Deposit HOLD. for short stays, less than or equal to 7 nights).
Utilities included: $300/month CAP (Water, Gas, Electricity, Trash and Recycling)

Cancellation Policy:
Ninety six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty six percent (46.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. A 4% non-refundable card processing fee is applied. No Refunds for cancellations made by host due to house rule violations (1 or more) during your stay.
